Working Principle
ROP-212HA Weiliang oil pump: It is mainly composed of an outer rotor (internal gear), an inner rotor (external gear), an oil pump housing, a shaft, bearings, etc. The shaft is located in the inner rotor, and there is a certain centrifugal distance between the inner rotor and the outer rotor. When the inner rotor rotates, it drives the outer rotor to rotate in the same direction. The teeth of the inner rotor and the tooth grooves of the outer rotor mesh with each other. On the side where they are far apart, since the inner rotor has one less gear than the outer rotor, gaps of different widths will be formed, thereby forcibly sucking in or discharging liquid.
Piston-type swinging oil pump: It inputs power through the input shaft, and the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. The eccentric shaft, which is eccentrically fixed to the driven gear, makes a circular motion around the axis of the driven gear, driving the piston and the oil cylinder to swing around the axis of the pin. At the same time, the piston makes a reciprocating motion in the cavity of the oil cylinder. When the piston moves towards the oil inlet direction, the oil outlet valve closes, forming a negative pressure in the cavity, and the oil inlet one-way valve opens to allow oil to enter. When the piston moves away from the oil inlet direction, the piston compresses the grease, causing the oil inlet one-way valve to close and the oil outlet one-way valve to open, extruding the grease from the oil outlet.

Good self-priming capability: For example, the ZXY-type rotor swinging self-priming and unloading oil pump, since the sealing line between the rotor and the cylinder wall is about 0.01-0.03mm, the vacuum limit reaches 99%, it can replace the vacuum pump, and can quickly and effectively suck in oil, especially suitable for occasions where rapid oil pressure establishment is required or oil is sucked from a low-level oil tank.

Advantage of the swinging oil inlet design: For piston-type swinging oil pumps, the oil inlet can swing in the grease, increasing the chance of contact with oil. Especially for solid lubricating grease, it has good suction capacity, solving the problem that ordinary oil pumps have weak suction capacity for solid lubricating grease.
